IDV is governed by a Committee of Management comprising members with diverse professional and personal experiences that promote innovation and growth of our services.

What you think about the services we deliver to you matters to us.
If you have a complaint or compliment about any aspect of the services we provide, then you have a right to:

  • Have your complaint/s resolved fairly, promptly, confidentially and without retribution and;
  • Be treated with respect, listened to and taken seriously.

If you have a complaint or compliment, refer in the first instance to the manager of the service. If the issue remains unresolved ask to speak to the General Manager, or phone (03) 9459 8175.
