Dear IDV Community Members,
I am writing to you with regards to the Australian Government’s announcement on the 8th of May to finalise the three step-plan to gradually remove baseline restrictions.
The IDV management team have a Business Continuity Plan in place and will collectively work on a phased approach to return service delivery, working within current guidelines.
Your program coordinator will be in touch with participants and families in the next 2 weeks to discuss a phased return to programs and services.
Success will depend on maintaining our new community norms as the health and wellbeing of our participants, staff, families and carers has and always will remain IDV’s top priority.
We understand this has been a challenging time for our community, we are following the information and advice from the Australian Government and the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.
We appreciate this has been a difficult time for our participants and families, we want to thank you all for your support and working with us to find alternative solutions in a challenging time.
If you have any questions or concerns, please speak with the IDV Program Manager or Coordinator at any time and we will keep you updated.
